Located in the
newly built Summerlands Villas development along the west coast of
Barbados, Emerald Pearl is the only three-bedroom apartment which has
its own large private pool. Summerland is located two miles south of
Sandy Lane and is close to The Cliff and Calabaza restaurants.
This stylish
apartment is fully air-conditioned (including living room), has marble
floors throughout and is complete with a fully equipped kitchen which
includes stainless steel appliances, American fridge/freezer and granite
worktops. There is satellite TV and a hi-fi in the apartment. The living
room opens up onto a 38ft wide covered terrace for outdoor living and
dining and wet bar. There is also a large open terrace leading to the
pool.
The master
bedroom is complete with a king-size bed and opens on to the covered
terrace. There is a fully tiled marble ensuite bathroom with large walk
in shower and marble vanity tops.
Bedroom two has
two twin beds which can be made up as a king-size bed and this room also
opens up on to the covered terrace by the pool. A further bathroom
serves bedrooms two and three with large walk-in shower and marble
vanity tops.
Bedroom three is
equal in size to bedroom two and has a king-size bed.
Summerland is
within walking distance of the beach, which is directly across the road.
A Housekeeper is
provided six mornings a week. Please
note this is a non-smoking villa.
