Tamarind is a three-bedroom furnished townhouse opposite Mullins beach with
spa facilities, a roof-top Jacuzzi and equipped to a very high standard.
On the ground floor there is a sitting room with television,
video/DVD player, a radio, CD player and some board games for the
family. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
There is also a bedroom with twin beds; both rooms connect to a
large shady terrace, with ceiling fans and awnings.
The terrace is equipped with an outside dining area and BBQ. The
garden is a good size, with paved area, a lawn and a beautiful small
pool. There are sun loungers and plenty of outdoor furniture. Tamarind
has private parking for two cars in the front of the house.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with cooker/oven,
microwave, washer/dryer, and large fridge freezer with ice dispenser,
dishwasher and all the usual small kitchen appliances.
There is also a shower room located on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are
two bedrooms, both with king-size beds,
ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The master bedroom has an ensuite
marble bathroom, with an old fashioned iron leg bath, and a safe, while the
guest bedroom has a marble shower room/wc. Both rooms lead out to
balconies overlooking the garden and towards the beach.
On the second floor there is
also a small office. The second floor leads out to
the roof terrace, where you can sunbathe or relax in the roof top
Jacuzzi. There is also a shower.
A housekeeper is provided
three days per week.
Sugar Bay is a wonderful gated community which offers
tenants the
facilities of the Suga Suga Beach Club with its complimentary sunloungers and umbrellas. Various water sports are offered. The resort also has a communal
pool with waterfalls, Jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas.
