This villa enjoys
a sunny aspect and is located towards the outskirts in a quiet upmarket
residential area of this ever popular village. Cala Rosa is a modern
villa with an attractive, colourful facade, and is ideally located for
easy access to the two sandy coves and some excellent restaurants, all
of which are within a few minutes walk. The towns of Puerto Pollenca and
Pollenca are an equal distance away, five minutes by car.
The spacious
living/dining room has a romantic dining area, comfy sofas DVD,
satellite TV (free to view channels) and sliding doors to the poolside
terraces. The bright and airy well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher,
microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and a side door to the pool
area. Also downstairs is one very attractive double bedroom with
spacious wardrobes, with an adjacent marble full bath/shower room with
Jacuzzi.
Upstairs is a
small landing area with direct access to the upper sun terrace and its
mountain views. Two twin bedrooms share an adjacent shower room. ALL
BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

the rear of the villa is a small terrace with a laundry room housing the
washing machine and dryer.

surround the small front gardens and tiled swimming pool with child
friendly corner steps. There are ample sun terraces, comfortably
